Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role will involve writing and maintaining online procedures manuals for social care in collaboration with fellow team members and our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Wide ranging experience in social care
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Comfortable presenting complex information accurately and articulately in written format
- Possess a genuine interest in the welfare of children and young people
- Have excellent communication skills
Our procedures are updated in line with legislation, regulations, standards and good practice. Therefore, you will have an in-depth knowledge of safeguarding legislation and practice and be confident contributing to the development of these.
The role includes:
- Location: Home-based (occasional travelling)
- Hours: Full-time (35 hours)
- Holidays: 25 days (plus bank holiday)
