Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound and self-sourced leads, leveraging your professional network.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges and position our software as the ideal solution.
- Conduct thorough prospect research to understand business needs, pain points, and potential fit with our solutions.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through effective communication, active listening, and tailored sales strategies.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing key benefits and ROI to decision-makers at all levels.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, selling through internal champions and engaging multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Accurately manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system (HubSpot or similar).
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer success and product teams, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Represent the company at national/international trade events and customer meetings when required.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously refine sales strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and new product offerings.
- Promote our company and solutions within your professional network to drive business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B software sales, ideally within social care, healthcare, or related sectors.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders, from frontline managers to C-level executives.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and strong data management skills.
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry knowledge or an understanding of the social care sector is an advantage but not required.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.
